This Privacy Policy explains what information Omaaa Astrology collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We have designed the site to need as little personal information as possible.

Information you enter

Calculators and matching tools ask for details such as a name, a date of birth or a number. These are used in your browser request only to compute the result shown on the page. They are not saved to our database and are not linked to your identity.

How we use information

Information is used solely to produce the reading or result you asked for and to keep the site secure and working correctly. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep the site secure — for example, to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Optional push notifications use additional browser storage after you choose to connect to OneSignal, as explained below.

Analytics

If usage statistics are collected, they are stored only in aggregate — a daily count of visits per page and language. No personal profiles are built, and where an IP address is needed to prevent abuse it is stored only as a one-way hash, never in the clear.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we store your name, email address and message so we can reply. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Third parties

The site runs on our own server and does not sell your personal data. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense or other ad providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device details and cookies when their ads load. Their privacy and consent settings apply. Advertising code is excluded from private booking/payment pages and calculator results.

Your choices

Because we store so little, there is usually nothing to delete. If you have used the contact form and would like your message removed, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Booking and payment information

Bookings store your name, email, phone, selected service, fee and payment state. Starting an online payment shares necessary contact and transaction details with Razorpay. Payment webhooks and transaction logs support verification and dispute handling. Do not send card details or bank login credentials to this website.

Contact messages and booking notifications may remain in the private database and email outbox. An enabled email provider processes messages; push uses a separate optional consent. Enabled advertising providers may process data under their policies. Contact the foundation about your data, retention period or deletion requests; accounting, dispute records and backups may require separate retention.

Foundation service, cancellation and refund terms

The foundation has not published its commercial terms. New bookings are unavailable; contact the foundation first.

Accounts, wallet and consultations (English)

Added 1 November 2026. When these services are enabled, we keep your name, email, password hash, contact details, verification status and referral relationship. Necessary session cookies support sign-in. Free birth-calculation inputs are not saved by those tools; information you choose to send in a chat becomes part of its record.

Chat messages, consultation times, token ledger entries and payment references are stored for service, billing and dispute handling. Your assigned practitioner can read the relevant chat. Submitting a QR/UPI reference does not verify payment; an authorized operator credits tokens after checking receipt. Wallet tokens are service credits, not a bank deposit.

Browser calls require your explicit microphone permission. This application does not record calls. A directly connected peer and any configured relay operator may receive connection metadata such as IP addresses. Delivery addresses and phone numbers supplied for orders are encrypted at rest and available to authorized fulfilment staff.

Optional push notifications

If you choose to connect and enable notifications, OneSignal processes browser/device information, public page URLs and a push subscription identifier to deliver updates. This integration does not send calculator inputs, booking/payment records or contact details. OneSignal may store its own subscription data in your browser. You can turn notifications off through Notification settings on this site or revoke permission in your browser.
